This stop-motion animated clip, crafted with great talent by Albane Chaumet, blends delicate gouache illustrations and poetic storytelling to create a dreamlike visual journey. Using scanned paper puppets animated digitally, Albane brings to life a moving picture book that perfectly complements the music.

The film focuses on the psychedelic journey of a young girl and explores themes of pre-adolescent sexuality and sensuality, as well as the image of the girl’s body within family and culture. Magda grows into a modern witch and enters a dreamlike world inhabited by dancing monsters in a white universe. The music features indecipherable vocals, enhancing the surreal and immersive atmosphere.
